Hi, I hope someone can help, for the past few months I had been trying to access my bills and piggy bank to roll over data and everytime I go online to do it it takes me back to the screen where you can buy a phone when I'm trying to manage the one I already have?
I have tried ringing and it just rings for ages I understand lots of people are ringing, but I'm just wondering if there is an easier way for me to roll over data as I'm currently abroad away from home and need the data rolling over asap.
