Piggy bank rewards

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has this problem. I have 110 piggy bank rewards built up on my sky app, when I go to redeem a reward I get redirected to a Web site and have to log in with my phone number and password. After I log in and try to redeem anything it say my piggy bank balance is zero. Has anyone else have this problem or know a fix. Any advice would be appreciated

Do you mean you have 110GB data saved ?

On that case @Eddieob you will have to call Sky on 150 for help with this.
