Piggy bank not working

Hi, I have been trying to get to piggybank for 24 hours without success. It keeps going back to manage. 

anyone else with this issue. I want to roll data before this unpublicised change to 12 months comes into action.

Hi @Ed_C  if you can't do it yourself online then you will need to call sky on 150 so they can do it for you and investigate why you can't. 

Everyone was emailed about the change.
