Please would anyone be able to recommend how to fix this? I cannot roll data from the piggy bank from the mysky app or web.
I called customer services and I was told to keep on checking and trying. I've been doing this but nothing works. Does anyone have any idea?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @mcdh there was an issue where it was taking a while for the data to appear but that seemed to have been fixed. All you can do is call sky again for help, free on 150.

@63johnw it was actually giving an error after you select how much you want to roll on the sim - it says that they're unable to roll data.
If that is the same thing. then I'll call sky again.
