Re: Piggybank
I have moved your post into this thread discussing these recent changes.
So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.

Re: Piggy bank data missing
Thanks Daniel. Bit sneaky promising you as a new sky customer this data rolls over for ever. I have a 3gb per month plan. If it looks like I'm going over it can I raid the piggy bank to top it up.

Sky piggybank Data of 235.91GB taken away overnight. Why no warning and now no answers!!
Why has my data been taken away, why no notification and how do I get it back or be refunded for having it stolen.

It hasn't been stolen. So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.
I'll move your post into the thread discussing this.

Yup, the expiry period moved from 3 years to 1 year as advised a year ago...
it was implemented this month taking data aged 13 to 36 months.

Piggybank Data roll over
Why have I lost the majority of my piggybank roll over. I had been saving this deliberately and suddenly 57GB has been removed as it had 'expired''?? I didn't know there was a time limit!!

Re: Piggybank Data roll over
Yup, 1 year. Recently reduced from 3 years, they've culled months 13 to 36 this month.
