Re: Piggybank data disappeared

The most annoying thing isn't that it actually happened but the fact that the SKY Helpdesk talked me into doing it only 3 days before the data cull came into affect.

As stated above, downgrading shouldn't cause you any issues do to you still having a massive amount of data left in your piggybank and in there you should be able to see when the data is due to expire.

@HanMar

Spare data in your piggybank remains in it for 12 months now from the date it was rolled to it. Apparently emails were sent out about in April of last year.

Hi @HanMar  unused data that's  been in your piggybank more than 12 months now expires. Sky sent emails out last year warning this was happening.

Re: Piggybank data disappeared

So here's a question. If I roll my data to my mobile, at the end of the month, will any unused data be restored to my piggybank and recorded  from that period?

Re: Piggybank data disappeared

So I could roll the total amount I have left into this month and it would go back into my piggybank and start the 12 month clock again?

@DaveMB  Every month any un used data will go to piggy bank and remain there for 12 months

So for example any data moved over in may 25 will remain for 365 days

Mobile data removed from my account

Over 200Gb of data has been removed from my sky mobile account. This data was not used or transferred by me. Why!! No indication from Sky as to why. Please tell me why and be addressed to get this data back!

@IHY

Saved data in the piggybank remains in it for 12 months before it is removed. Apparently emails were sent out about this in April of last year.

Because data over 12 months expires.
