Piggy bank balance disapeared

My +250GB piggy bank data balance has disappeared! I have six SIMS for family members on my account. Had these for many years. I roll data to different SIMS EVERY month & so I / we have nothing in the piggy bank at the end of the month. Sometimes I accrue a lot, others not so. We use the data when we go abroad at least a couple of times a month when we go abroad and can't get access to WIFI. I have read that rolling data has reduced from 36 months to 12 months but I still can't understand why I have lost all my piggy bank data. When I go in and look at the detailed thread of me rolling data etc, it does not show expired data in red or anything. Can anyone help. I've been with sky for over 25 years and I'm supposed to be a VIP but I'm totally baffled by this. We are currently away in France & we need to use data that has been saved and rolled over. We each pay £2 a day for this service to use our phones as we would in the UK.

The picture you've posted shows a 243GB balance on 1 august.  There's no detail on what happened after that?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
