Piggy Bank data merry-go-round.

Old chestnut I'm afraid.

Trapped on the "frustration roundabout" trying to transfer data from Piggybank.

Going around in circles on Sky app.

Seen this problem discussed many times.

Any solution?

All you can do is to speak to Sky on 150 so they can take the fault report from you are hopefully can roll the data for you.

Called Sky. All good now. Thanks.

Problem was that I was trying to access data using new email address and not the one which was originally registered.
