Piggy Bank has been down for weeks, no access through the app or website as link just refreshes to sky mobile page!!! Any idea when the issue will be resolved?

Hi there - please can a Sky Expert sort this for me? Piggy bank just says try again later and won't let me roll anything over, help!

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

how does piggy bank work? just signed up to sky mobile and noticed there a roll over data on the app. Do I have to manually roll over the data myself or will it automatically do it at the of my monthly bill.

Any unused data will roll back to your piggybank and the end of your month, which is one or just after your billing date.
