I find it very disappointing that after hours of trying, restarting phone, turning WiFi and data on and off, going through the same unhelpful pages on ’contact sky’ that don’t actually let you contact anyone, checking the status page which states mobile internet is working fine!, this forum page is the first time I have seen an acknowledged fault. Why didn’t sky message the affected areas so at least we would know it is not a fault on our phones. I expected better from Sky.

I think it all depends where your data etc... is sent. The hub that's experiencing difficulties is in the north west I believe but that doesn't necessarily mean that only people in the north west are affected.
Hope this makes sense. There are reports of people in Scotland having issues as well.

The link in this message doesn't work
Apologies @James1705 that's my habit of hitting spacebar after a link to activate it like I'm in an email. But the space then goes into the URL and throws up that error...
One of these days I'll stop annoying people by doing this.
Will try and pop replies into all the threads.
