Hi, I've got a simialr issue with 4 Sky mobile phones in Florida- message saying no roaming passports able to be activated, have called Sky who said it was all done- it hasn't been. We've no idea if we can use our phones without big charges and can't get any phone reception, hugely frustrating - and who on earth can we call to get help?

It wasn't resolved. I've cancelled all sky products. Completely ruined holiday for us. Sky didn't care.
