Phone won't connect to network... tech guides not working but no option to speak to anyone

The sim on my phone is damaged.  I've followed the technical guides online and tried another sim in the phone which is working.  At the end of the technical guides, there is no option to speak to an agent to actually fix the issue.  When I phone in, I'm sent a text with a link to the same guides that do not solve the issue but again no option to speak to anyone. 

 

This is incredibly frustrating. How do we get the help we need? As a VIP customer, why can we no longer phone in for help?

Hi @Linacre78  the only way to get a replacement sim is by calling sky. When prompted by the bot don't say anything and you should be put through to an agent.
