Phone will not connect to 4G

Phone will not connect to 4G, have plenty of data. Will connect to Wi-Fi.

I also have had this problem , there is no " Outage" but I've heard other network users also have this problem ( Somerset). 

I looked it up and it was the ironic " Turn it off and on again " and it worked .
