Phone valuation coming up as £0

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my phone but when I go to the valuation part, my phone is in immaculate condition but the value comes back at £0 for my phone? I'm not sure what to do. Thanks

Re: Phone valuation coming up as £0

I ended up finding out it's because the remaining balance on my contract is more than the value of the phone so they valued it at £0 because I would of ended up oweing them.

So I just have to wait untill I'm closer to my contract renewal or what's left on the contract is less than the value of my phone. Hope that makes sense and helps. @Chi24

If you are on swap 24 @Lauren66  then as you are only 18 months in that may be affecting the value but as mentioned you will need to call sky on 150 to see if they can look into it for you.
