Phone upgrade and swap

Hi, what happens if when I send my phone back for a swap, damage is found on my old phone? Does the money get added to the new bill? Or will I get an option to cancel?

Before you sent it off Sky will have given you a value for it based on the information you provided. If they believe it is worth less then you will be informed. This will mean that anything left to pay against it will be added to your next available bill.

Will I get an option to contest that? As it may be too much for me to pay all at once?

You should have the option to decline it so if that is the case the phone would be returned to you,
