Phone swappable

Hello I had a new phone about a month ago and I sent my old phone back why am I still paying for my old phone

When you swapped and sent this phone back was there anything still to pay off against it because if so it will be added to your next available bill.

 

If this has not happened yet and you are still seeing a usual monthly charge for it then give Sky a call on 150 so they can look into it for you.
