Phone swap

I have a phone ending *222. My account says i am eligible for a swap. I need to know how much is left on the payments. It is my daughetr's phone and it has met with an accident today so I am not sure how much of it can be off set on any new phone. The screen and back are damaged and the screen is not working.

I am interested in one of the iphone 14's and want to now how much my payments will be.

I think I have sky dogiprotect insurance to get it mended and then swap???

Hi @sports+widow  no one can tell you what the swap value or how much you owe on here. You can see how much you owe by looking at the payments tab in your account. As part of the process sky give you a value based on your description of the phone and then you can decide if you want to proceed, it's then checked and the value confirmed or changed depending on what they find. If anything is owed after the swap it's added to your next bill to be paid in one go.
