Phone swap

I upgraded to a new S24, returning my old phone S20 FE against it. I sent the device off and have now had it returned to me. On going onto my account the phone swap has been now put against the phone i swapped for the S20 my old S9?? I am also now being charged for 2 phones!!

150 is the free number to call Sky on about this and when you do say nothing when the bot asks you about your call as it should then it should route you though to an advisor.

If the swap device has been returned then you will be paying for 2 phones as they both have outstanding credit.

 

It seems like the swap value wasn't accepted - you'll need to call Sky on 150 to find out what's happened, other customers here can't help directly...
