I just got sent a new phone to swap for my old phone but I have changed my mind and don’t want the New phone anymore. It hasn't been touched it's just been in the box

You will need to call Sky from the phone you are keeping on the free 150 number so they can get you a return label sent and to update your account to show that you will be returning it.
