Phone swap - pre-packaging damaged/phone slight damage

I requested a phone swap. I selected "no damage" but there are some cracks on the back of the old phone that I didn't notice until after.

The packaging I'm supposed to return it in is also damaged.

- Can I return it in alternative packaging?

- Does it matter that the condition of the phone is not accurate? Do I need to resubmit?

- Does it matter that I'm outside of the 14 day window to return?

You can use whatever packaging you want as yoh should be able to use Theo packaging your new device came in as there should be a small return label on the inside of it somewhere.

All returns devices are inspected on their return and will affect the final valuation.

It might do if you are outside of the swap window so if you call Sky on 150 they might be able to reopen it for you.
