Phone swap - I have returned my old phone, how long does this usually take to process?

I returned my old phone over 2 weeks ago to Sky and have Royal mail confirmation of its delivery yet I have had no update from Sky on this.  The manage my account page does not appear to have updated the progress of the swap either.

 

Does anyone else know how long the swap usually takes?
