Phone stopped working . Been to repair shop. Want £578 to fix issue. Still owe £473 on contract.

Sky not helping resolve issue. Still owe £473 on a phone that is out of warranty and stopped working for no obvious reason.  
This cannot be right. Surely under consumer rights a phone should last longer than less than two years. Any advice would help.

Hi @Kitts  if it's out of warranty then unfortunately you would need to pay for any repair. Whilst devices normally last longer it looks like you have been unlucky. You would need to prove the fault was there at the time of purchase to have any hope of getting a paid for repair.
