Phone stolen, ordered replacement, driver lied about where it is and I can't contact Sky

I ordered a replacement phone for next day delivery after my phone was stolen. Waited by the door. Nothing came. Tracked it and it said he tried to deliver it. Photo is of a grey box - looks like his own tshirt. Absolute lies. Im in the house with two small children, no phone and Sky has no way for me to contact them as I dont have a phone. DPD not accpeting chat. I think the driver has stolen my phone but cant contact Sky. No answer from facebook chat.
