Phone return

Sent a phone back to Sky and they have emailed me to say they have received it. I keep getting charged for it and the agents do t seem to know what to do

Is this a phone sent back as part of a Swap deal? You need to wait for the device to be processed, checked for damage and it's value confirmed. This is apparently taking about 3 weeks but will likely take longer over the Christmas / New Year break.

I returned the phone on 14th of November. Sky have said they have the phone but still getting charged
