Sent phone back to sky with a report from Apple .Sky says they fixed the fault when I eventually received my phone back it still had the same fault. Tried to speak to customer service who where an absolute nightmare. Wasted about 5hrs on calls and chat. They even had the chhek to say it's ok your eligible for a swap when I still have £500 left to pay on the phone .🫣
