Phone out of contract, cheaper prices

The phone I pay for for my daughter is now out of contract. She is happy keeping the phone she has and somewhere on Sky it said I can keep the phone and pay half the price, yet I'm still being charged full price for an old phone that's out of contract

Never heard of it.

Has the device plan been paid of in full?  If so, you only pay for the data plan.

Hi @paulmcfc2703  if the phone is paid for and out of contract then you are not being charged for it. You will still have to pay for a data plan. If you look in your account there should be options to change the data plan (possibly cheaper) or call sky on 150 to see if they have any offers they can apply.
