This has been ongoing with us for days people getting wrong number messages and I am unable to make calls

How long phone going to be down

Since yesterday me and my family have been having trouble receiving and making calls not working at all how long will it be till solved

Advising you are aware of the issue is not a sufficient answer to all of the customers who are experiencing this issue? I would like to know when this will be resolved? And will all affected customers get any compensation for loss of service?

I've not been able to make or receive calls when I'm in my home for the last 3 days having to resort to WhatsApp etc. when will this issue be resolved and will we receive compensation due to unavailability?

Sky mobile connection issues

Currently I am unable to answer or make calls from my mobile each time the call just says 'failed' and if someone tries to call me, they get a message saying the number doesn't exist. 
even at home linked to my WiFi I am unable to answer calls. 
is there a local issue?

Same issue with my phone did try turning on off but did not clear the problem.

In my case I fixed it by disconnecting from the mobile network, then auto reconnecting. I assume I was connected to a faulting network before.

@Suzi1 I have tried that and it hasn't worked also tried multiple other "fixes" with no luck.  This has been going on  for over 24 hours now.

Call connection issues - samsung flip

Since yesterday I cannot make or receive calls. I'm notified 'call failed' when trying to ring out. People trying to call says it rings once and cuts off. We have full signal/connected to wifi.

Yep, my incoming and outgoing get disconnected as soon they connect. Have got hospital phoning to book appointments and to talk to consultants. So yer thanks Sky great help you been noootttttt.....
