Hi, I have two phones from sky that is monthly payments. Only one phone is showing up on my account and the second one does not show up. I need to change my payment dates but I cannot access any details about my second phone but the money is being taken.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis happens if the second phone you ordered for some reason wasn't order on the same account that the other one is on so I'm afraid as that appears to be the case they cannot be linked now.
