Phone not showing in bill / product

Hi so I ordered a new phone and sim contract however my phone is not showing in the bill or where it should be on the product part of the sky app

 

anyone know why

Hi @TL10  this usually happens when a device/sim has been allocated to a different/old login or account. If you call sky on 150 they should be able to help you locate it and give you your options.
