Phone not delivered

I ordered a phone and sim on Friday. This was delivered on schedule today. When I opened the package, the sim was there but no phone, just an air freshener. I've contacted them today but don't feel they're being particularly helpful. Does anyone have any experience of this?

There have been a few reports on here of no phone / dummy phone etc. You need to report it to Sky and allow them time to investigate in conjunction with DPD.
