Phone never connects to a local network when out of the country

We have just landed in Greece, my phone has picked up a local network and I can use the international passport. My husband’s phone has not. We had the same problem a year ago, Sky eventually condescended to send him a new SIM. And it’s STLL NOT BLOODY WORKING!! He has converted to an eSIM. Will he EVER be able to use his phone abroad?

Re: Phone never connects to a local network when out of the country

Thanks. All settings correct still doesn't work. I think Sky has a personal vendetta against my husband. It's his phone that's the problem, mine never fails. I've converted his SIM to an eSIM to see if that worked, it hasn't.
