My Samsung phone cuts out during calls. They person at the other end can hear me but I cannot hear them. This happens several times during the call.

Did you get this sorted as mine did this a while ago got a replacement sim and now it's started doing it again

Hi. We are having a very similar issue with Sky Mobile. It only seems to happen at home, although I haven't had calls that are that long away from home to know for sure.
After a short period of time the phone conversation has to stop because I can't hear the other person anymore, although they can hear me clearly. I was on the phone to sky to sort out a sky stream issue the other day and I had to be called back 6 or 7 times! It also happens on my wife's phone. We have tried new sims as we also had this issue a couple of years ago, and it seemed to stop, although not because of the new sims we were sent.
It Is incredibly frustrating. The lady at sky I was on the phone to said it might be something to do with sky shield on broadband. It did still happen after turning that off though.
I would really appreciate people thoughts or advice.
