Phone has not been delivered yet

Hi , I recently ordered a sky mobile and unfortunately I was out when it was delivered and it is now being returned to sky via DPD courier . I have spoken to a sky advisor and was told I couldn't reorder until sky had received the mobile. I have been tracking the return on the DPD app but no updates since02/02/25 .Have sky now received the mobile ?
