Hi, i would like to discuss and hopefully try to fix an issue which i've ran into. 6 months ago i've purchased a phone of Amazon( ive got all the papers to proove it)
everything was working fine until the seller decided to declare the phone stolen .BY DECLARING IT STOLEN MY PHONE KINDA GOT DISABLED AND I CANT USE MY SIM CARD i tried to reach the seller to talk about it but he decided not to answer.
i WENT TO THE APPLE STORE FOR A CONSULTATION, THEY CHECKED THE PHONE AND THEY SAID ITS BEEN RESTRICTED BY SKY, WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO remove the restriction or anything like that, im ready to cooperate with any type of proof that i own the phone.

I’m afraid you are not contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.
I have moved your post from the Sky Q board as its unconnected to a TV issue.
Have you rung Sky to discuss, although I feel there is a lot more to this than you've disclosed?

You need to either continue to try and contact the seller or seek legal advice on how to get your money back, you may also want to speak to the police to see if they can help.

@Gabriel_03 if that's the case then you need to report the seller to Amazon Customer Services as the phone is not fit for purpose as the seller has reported it stolen.
Even though he's sold you stolen goods Amazon is your first port of call I'm afraid if you want to claim a refund back from the seller.
