Phone customer service

I need Sky to phone me to discuss my bill as I cannot phone up

Hi @Angekb  sky won't phone you. This isn't sky CS here. If you can't call them on 150 then use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them. Unless it's something we fellow customers can help with ? If your service is suspended then sky won't reinstate until full payment has been made and a new continuous payment method set up.

Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post anyway. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.

 

You need to initiate contact if it's not something we can help you with.

I would advise calling Sky.  You can call them on 150.

 

Of course, if you have questions then perhaps we (other customers) can provide some advice?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
