Hi all,
I have 2 Samsung mobiles with sky, one for me and one for my partner. We are both experiencing calls ending for no reason after 15 or 20 minutes. It is really frustrating, Sky haven't helped and thinking of quitting my contract, are there any solutions?

We switched to virgin (runs on O2 like sky) no more dropped calls - issue solved 😉

I've been looking at other companies as my offer on sims has ended. Tv/broadband is increasing and the offers are more than what I pay now plus an admin charge. "Thanks for almost 24 years of service and for all the products you've had" 😒 But I have been asking others about networks, wanting to avoid 02 because of the drop outs and despite signal coverage being perfect they say, I cannot even get 3G around the corner from my house (before they switch it off)
Someone tonight said different networks can be effected by different handsets. I don't know how true that is but also many seem to use other companies running through o2 and are fine.
I am toying between moving "big" companies completely where I can get double data cheaper, or switching to another o2 user. @TJWil how are you finding your signal a few months on? I cannot make phone calls at all downstairs now and often not even on the stairs. Is Virgin any better?

Virgin have now merged with O2, signal was excellent before the merge and has remained so - very happy with the service and plan to stick with them ☺️ No idea what causes the issues with sky but we're still using same phones so was definitely not a phone issue

I was advised to do that too so I did, but sadly it made no difference 😒
