My phone is constantly going to call failed when either receiving or making calls. this has been happening since sunday it can last a couple of minutes or be cut off in 30 seconds, repeat calls to finish coversation all end with being disconnected. I started a coversation online with yourselves about this where my last message in the chat was ignored and not replied to.

Myself and hubby having same issues. The call either fails to connect or connects but is silent or the call connects we start talking and then it goes silent. We've both got iPhones (12 and 13) and we've both replaced our SIM cards to try and resolve this but nothing works! Frustrated enough to contemplate leaving Sky mobile now 🤷🏼♀️

Ongoing for the last 3 months
Please share any solutions - either phone settings or.. if its network related

Having the exact same problem. I posted about this a few days ago as I was constantly getting call failed on my Iphone 7 plus.
Someone responded that it's fine on their and their wifes iphones, and as my sim worked 100% fine when I tried it in an old motorola, I presumed the sim is fine and something was wrong with my phone, so took advantage of black friday deals.
Yesterday my iphone X arrived, exactly the same problem.
Again If I put my sim in a non apple phone, it works 100% properly, zero dropped calls.
Looking over the forum, it appears the only people experiencing this are some Iphone users, not on any other phone.
The big question is, is it something to do with where we are located compared to those whose iphones work or is it something to do with our settings.
When I set my iphone x up, I installed the Sky profile that Sky sent me a text about.
On my iphone 7 plus, I tried every single internet/youtube suggestion I could find, nothing worked.
Getting really frustrating now, basically bought a new phone for nothing (although it's much nicer than my old phone) , would like problem fixed in mext few days otherwise I might as well return the phone.
