Hi there
iPhone 11 user here with Sky mobile contract. Over the past 2-3 months I've had an issue where either calls just drop off or go silent on the other end so they can still hear me but I can't here them and have to reconnect the call. My sister who has an iPhone 12 also on sky has the same issues. All with the latest updates installed. I've had this iPhone 11 for over a year and this is a recent issue!
based in the northwest and the midlands.
please escalate this - it's very, very frustrating!

In Northern Ireland. Wife and I both have 13 pro max and they drop many times a day. Calls ok for a few seconds and then it's gone. I've had enough of it now.

I have recently switched from Vodafone after being with them for 20 years. I have the iPhone 13 and the calls are dropping out on pretty much every call! Really frustrating

I have escalated your original post to Sky and they may get in touch with you about this issue.
Look out for an email and also a blue speech bubble on the bottom of your forum page. Once the blue chat bubble appears you only have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss the opportunity. Also make sure that your email/private message notifications are switched to ‘on’ to avoid missing the alerts.
This link explains the process.

Hi, I have been having problems with Sky calls dropping out for many months. Family have the same problem too, all iPhones, all with Sky, four users. It seems particularly bad when calling another Sky iPhone user, although these are the people I would call the most anyway. My work iPhone is with EE and has never had this problem. We have tried new phones, new sims, and nothing seems to resolve it. I think I will need to move my custom to another provider unless there seems to be a fix in the near future. Has anyone heard of any improvements in the pipeline? Thanks.
