Phone billing

Hello I had 39.50 to pay off left on my phone contract and I payed it all off manually last week but I have just checked and it has gone down to 19.50 for some reason but I payed it all off so what do I do

Once the device credit is paid off billing continues for the data plan until you cancel it.
