Phone ant connect to Internet or receiving calls or messages

Oe will not connecting to Internet outside at home or out can't receive or send messages

My phone won't let me make calls or receive calls. Or send texts or receive texts. And gives me no data outside. This has been going on for a month now and sky are no help at all!!!!

What have Sky suggested when you've reported this? Have they suggested sending you a replacement sim for example in case yours has developed a fault?
