I was doing some broadband speed checks using an app on my iPhone 13.
Now I can't get any 4g. I've had pdp authentication failure come up. I've tried all the suggested actions possible. Do I need to just get a new sim ? Thanks

@Boingboing12 I'm experiencing the same problem started around 8pm tonight. Have tried everything but remove SIM card.

@Boingboing12 @Fjm71 I'm having the same issue - data isn't working! Only started today and the error message coming up is PDP authentication failure. Tried all the fixes suggested online, so far nothing working either. Haven't taken out sim though, maybe that's the next one to try...?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@sigh16 Sky have a major outage this afternoon I would wait until the service is back up before taking an action.

I have also been having PDP Authentication failure with no data on my phone. Having come across this post, I then went to https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/mobile where I could search for problems in my area. It turns out a phone mast is not working.
