I am getting so flustered with Sky.
One month they take payments on the 13th, another 14th and today is the 7th on my SKY Mobile.
I am seriously going to cancel all my subscriptions everything with SKY, after 20 plus years I have had enough.
As for the box, the programs on demand are not available on most days, they are not capable of correctly adding the episodes in order, what am I paying for? Seriously.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour TV and your Sky mobiles are on separate accounts so are billed separately. Sky don't take payment on weekends so if your normal payment date falls on a Saturday or Sunday then it's most likely to revert to the following Monday or Tuesday.

Worth checking the payment date again as payments for new contracts are based on the delivery/activation date. You can set the payment date after a couple of payments have cleared.
