Do not pay it manually as it should still be taken, what does it say here regarding this bill:

It says payment received and showing next month's bill but nothing has come out of my bank

Payment received means it is in the process of being taken now so it should show on your bank account tomorrow or by the latest on Thursday so you do need to do nothing here.
