Paying off my phone contract

I am trying to pay off the remainder of my phone contract but keep getting the same message when I click "make a payment" on my device. That says the page you are looking for cannot be found

Hi @ChloeGreenaway  if its not letting you do it online then you will need to call sky on 150 so they can take payment.

To pay off your contract @ChloeGreenaway it is advisable to call Sky as it all to easy as others have done and that is instead of paying it off but to add a credit to your account instead.

What's the best number to call them on because I've been scammed before and I'm anxious of calling them
