Paying for a phone I told you was stolen a long time ago and was turned off
This has left me unable to pay my bill for a long time and I've contacted CCS to pay it back they are quite useless with help I've got no word back on how they can help me financially pay you back and expect a large sum of of me which could lead my mental health to become worse than it is with these bills piling up please help me pay this off in 300£ instalments monthly I pay other bills to not just this one many thanks

You are only talking to other customers but what we can say is that for a stolen phone you do have to keep paying for it I'm afraid even if you don't have it and you reported as being lost to Sky so they can block it.

@Mary168 Even of your phone is stolen you are still responsible for payments, your credit agreement isn't ended when a phone is lost/stolen. I'm not sure why you think you shouldn't be paying for the device? Sky are not responsible for a lost device so won;t write off any debt.

@Mary168 You should be able to set up an affordable payment plan with CCS, you can do that via their website by registering on their client portal using the details from any letters you have from them(usually their reference number or client number).
