I have payed my phone bill but my phone is still off, how did I get it back?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBefore reinstating your services Sky will require payment in full and also the setting up of a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will also have to pay the next bill as well. The payment also has to clear into Skys account.
