Pause a mobile phone

I would like to put a hold on a mobile phone. I am happy to still continue to pay but I would like it to be stopped from using for a week please

In case you’re not already aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Thats not something Sky will do.

@Sophie1997  Data plans can't be paused, only mobile devices can have a payment holiday.

 

If the intention is to stop you from using it then I'm there is no mechanism to do this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Now sure about android phones but if it's an iPhone see this link. It's not something that can be done through Sky.
