I would like to put a hold on a mobile phone. I am happy to still continue to pay but I would like it to be stopped from using for a week please

In case you’re not already aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where we try to help other customers.
Thats not something Sky will do.

If the intention is to stop you from using it then I'm there is no mechanism to do this.
