Patients unable to access medical services via 0300 number

We have become aware that a number of our patients/clients (only Sky Mobile users) are unable to contact some of our services via our 0300 numbers. Appears to be a relatively recent development. I'm anxious to try and speak to someone from Sky to get guidance on how best to advise our patients/clients (some of whom are confused and vulnerable) about how to address this. Very very frustrating that Sky make it so difficult to speak to an adviser.

Hi @Kevin_Scott  all we can do is point you to the help pages. The need more help tab at the bottom of the page sometimes has a number to call.

@Kevin_Scott
You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

I presume you work for the NHS or for a particular medical centre. All we can suggest is you advise any Sky mobile customers having the issue to contact Sky which is free by them dialling 150 from their Sky mobile.
