In Feb this year I transferred from EE to sky mobile.
There has been an issue with sky porting the mobile number across and this has resulting in me only able to make calls since Feb.
I make at least 2 calls a week to sky mobile team to only go over the same conversations. I have had no compensation and sky don't seem to be bothered abiut resolving this issue.
My messages are also stuck at varifing.
All I want is my mobile number to work as this relates to my profession.
I also have a tv and broadband account with sky that I will in cancelling following very poor customer service.
