Hi I would like to turn off the parental controls on my sky mobile account however I only have an American express credit card, what can I do?

Hi @Kate1975b if it's not accepting your credit card can you borrow one ? If not then your only other option is if you have a credit agreement with sky, you can phone them and they can use that to verify your age.
